M1.6 SOLAR FLARE !
Active Region 11692 unleashed a farewell eruption while rotating off the earth facing side of the disk peaking to a moderate M1.6 at 22:04 UTC today. The M-Class eruption will have a strong coronal mass ejection associated however all components of this blast will be directed safely out into space and will not affect the earth due to the location of this event.
