M 1.2 SOLAR FLARE & EARTH DIRECTED CME !
Active Region 11504 continues to show rapid growth and expansion unleashed another M flare at 14:31 UTC June 13. This long duration eruption peaked at M1.2 was followed by a strong Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) which looks like it may have earth directed components expected to brush earths magnetic field sometime late June 16th. Associated with this blast was a 10cm Radio Burst (TenFlare).
